About AW2.0

aw2.0 Ltd was formed June 2007, by two long term business partners, Alan Williamson / Andy Wu, to offer real world advice and practical solutions to the world of service orientated systems.

With deep roots in server side processing, being the core team behind the successful BlueDragon Java CFML engine (that powers MySpace.com), aw2.0 knows precisely what it takes to build scalable and fault tolerant systems from the ground up.

With the advent of cloud computing, aw2.0 have been monitoring and extensively utilising this new breed of hosting. We know the reality from the hype, what works and what doesn't having advised many leading organizations on how they can utilise cloud infrastructures for their own requirements.

The founders of aw2.0 can be regularly seen on the speaking circuit all over the world as they bring their real world experience to those that wish to know more.

Alan Williamson resides as "Editor in Chief" of the worlds first printed magazine dedicated to the world of cloud computing; "Cloud Computing Journal" from SYS-CON publications.

Champion and creator of OpenBlueDragon (an open source Java CFML runtime engine). He is currently engaged with a number of startups providing technology and expertise.
